Terms of Service

By using the Orbitapp or website, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Orbit.

Orbit is an AI-powered task and project management app for freelancers. It includes task and project management, time tracking, invoicing tools, workspace collaboration, AI features, and a client portal.

• You need an account to use most features.
• Provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

• Orbit Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed to your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• The price is shown at the time of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• If prices change, we will give you prior notice.

• Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled under their policies.
• We can assist you, but we cannot issue App Store or Google Play refunds ourselves.

• You own the content you create in Orbit.
• You grant Orbit a limited license to host and process your content solely to operate and provide the service.

• You warrant that you have the right to enter and share the client information you store in Orbit.
• You are responsible for any portal links you share and for who can access them.

• Do not use Orbit for any illegal purpose.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the service or compromise its security.
• Respect other users in shared workspaces.

• AI features may produce inaccurate results. Review AI output before relying on it.
• AI output is not professional advice.
• AI features are subject to fair-use limits.

Invoice templates are provided as a convenience. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your invoices and for their tax and legal compliance.

• Orbit owns all rights, title, and interest in the app and its content, except for content you provide.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute Orbit's content without permission.
• If you send us feedback, you grant us the right to use it to improve Orbit without obligation to you.

Orbit relies on third-party services, including Supabase, OpenAI, Apple, Google, Sentry, Tidio, and Expo. Your use of the service may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

• You may delete your account at any time in the app at Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Orbitharmless from claims arising out of your content, your clients' data, or your misuse of the service.

If you download Orbit from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:

• These Terms are between you and Orbit, not Apple.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for any product claims, intellectual property claims, or legal compliance related to the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

We may update these Terms. Changes are effective upon posting, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Orbit.
