What Orbi does

Help that starts from your own data

Orbi isn't a blank chatbot. It answers from the work already in Orbit, and it never changes anything without your say-so.

  • Looks things up for you

Orbi searches your tasks, projects, clients, invoices, quotes, time and calendar, plus leads and contracts on Pro, to answer what you ask.

  • You approve every change

On every plan, Orbi can add tasks and mark them done. Changes come as a proposal: untick anything you don't want, and nothing happens until you tap Apply.

  • Links back to your work

Replies end with buttons like "View task" or "View invoice" that open the records Orbi mentioned.

  • Pro plan

    Create and edit by chat

Orbi can edit tasks, create and edit projects and clients, log time, draft invoices, quotes and messages, and add or move leads.

  • Pro plan

    Voice input

Talk to Orbi instead of typing, in the iPhone and iPad app and in browsers that support speech input.

  • Private by design

Your chat history stays on your device or in your browser and is cleared when you sign out.

How it works

Ask, review, apply

Proposals

See every change before it happens

When you ask Orbi to plan or update something, it replies with a list of proposed changes. Review them, untick what you don't want, then tap Apply.

  • Up to 12 changes in a single proposal
  • Edit a proposed task, project or client before applying
  • Orbi never deletes anything or sends anything for you

  • Start a new chat whenever the topic changes
  • Your remaining requests are shown under the composer

Frequently asked questions

Yes, with limits. On the Free plan you can ask Orbi about your tasks, projects, clients, invoices, quotes, time and calendar, and have it add or complete tasks, with 5 requests a day that reset at midnight UTC. Orbit Pro raises that to up to 200 requests a day and lets Orbi create and edit projects, clients, invoices and more by chat.

No. Orbi proposes changes and you decide: nothing is saved until you tap Apply, and you can untick any change first. Orbi never deletes records, and when it drafts a message, you're the one who sends it.

Only on the device, or in the browser, where you used Orbi. It isn't kept on Orbit's servers, and it's cleared when you sign out.

No. Orbi's requests go through an AI provider that doesn't train on your data. The privacy policy explains exactly what is sent and why.

In the Orbit app on iPhone and iPad, and on the web in the Orbit dashboard. Your daily allowance is shared across them. An Android app is coming soon.
