Move a project through Planning, Active, On Hold and Completed, archive it when you're done, and filter the list by status.
Progress from real work
A project's progress is the share of its tasks marked Done, so the percentage moves as you work. No numbers to update by hand.
Priorities and deadlines
Mark projects Low, Medium, High or Critical, give them a start and due date, and sort by due date, priority, progress or recent updates.
Budgets in money and hours
Set a budget and an optional cap on tracked hours. See what's used, what's left, what you've invoiced, your profit and your effective hourly rate.
A status link for clients
From the iPhone and iPad app, share a read-only link with the project's name, progress and tasks. No account needed, and no notes or private details.
Expenses and files
Log expenses against a project and attach files to it, so receipts and briefs sit next to the work they belong to.

Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited projects, with statuses, priorities, deadlines, budgets, expenses, files and the client status link. Orbit Pro adds custom automation rules, Orbi AI with up to 200 requests a day and more.
Progress is the share of a project's tasks that are marked Done. A project with 12 tasks and 6 of them done shows 50%. If a project has no tasks yet, it shows 0%.
Yes. In the iPhone and iPad app, open the project and tap Share to turn on its public status link. It shows the project's name, progress and tasks without notes or private details, and your client doesn't need an account. Sharing is off by default, and you can regenerate the link or stop sharing at any time.
Yes. A project can have a budget amount, a cap on tracked hours, or both. The Budget section shows hours tracked against the cap, and how much of the budget your billable time and expenses have used.
Orbit runs on iPhone and iPad, and on the web through the Orbit dashboard, with your projects synced between them. An Android app is coming soon.
