How much does Orbit Pro cost?
Orbit Pro is $4.99 per month, or $39.99 per year — $3.33 a month, which saves 33% compared with paying monthly. Orbit itself is free to use, and the free plan has no time limit.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free trial, because Orbit's free plan is the trial — it never expires. Upgrade to Pro when you want the Pro features, and cancel any time.
Where do I buy Orbit Pro?
Two places, for the same price. On the web you upgrade from your Orbit dashboard, which takes you to our payment provider's secure checkout. In the Orbit iOS app you can subscribe through the App Store, where Apple handles the subscription, billing and cancellation. Either way you get the same Orbit Pro.
Why do I need to sign in before I can pay?
So the subscription lands on the right account. Orbit attaches a purchase to the Orbit user who was signed in when the checkout was created — it never guesses from the email typed at checkout, because that would let a payment be attached to someone else's account. You need the account to use what you bought anyway.
Can I cancel Orbit Pro?
Yes, any time. If you subscribed on the web, cancel from the billing portal linked in your Orbit dashboard. If you subscribed in the iOS app, cancel in your Apple subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do I lose my data if I go back to Free?
No. Your tasks, projects and clients stay exactly as they are. The Pro-only features simply lock again, and documents you export get the Orbit watermark back.
