A calendar built from your deadlines
Tasks land on their due dates and projects on their deadlines, so you can spot a busy week before it arrives — in Orbit and in the calendar app you already use.
Your schedule, straight from your work
There's nothing to copy across: give a task a due date or a project a deadline and it appears on the calendar.
Day, week, month and agenda
Switch between four views on iPhone and iPad, and between month and week on the web.
Quick filters
On iPhone and iPad, narrow the calendar to Today, Upcoming, Overdue or High Priority, or search for a task.
Project deadlines
Project due dates appear alongside your tasks, so you see the deadline and the work leading up to it.
Invoice due dates on the web
The web calendar can also show when open invoices are due. Turn tasks, projects and invoices on or off.
Drag to reschedule
On the web, drag an open task onto another day to move its due date.
Calendar sync
Subscribe to your open tasks from Google, Apple or Outlook calendar with a private, read-only link.
See the week ahead
Your week at a glance
Week view shows a strip with the number of tasks on each day, your progress for the week, and the tasks and deadlines for the day you pick.
- A dot marks days with high-priority work
- An Orbi insight points out your busiest day
- Tap a task or a project deadline to open it
Month and week on a bigger screen
The web Calendar page shows tasks, project deadlines and open invoices by month or by week, with the selected day's agenda alongside. My Tasks has a Calendar view too, which follows your filters.
- Click a task to open it, or a project or invoice to go to its page
- Drag open tasks to reschedule them
- Your view and filters are remembered on that device
Put your deadlines on the calendar
Add due dates
Give tasks a due date, and a time when it matters. Give projects a deadline.
Pick your view
Plan the week in week view, look further ahead by month, or work through the agenda.
Subscribe elsewhere
Turn on calendar sync in Settings and add the link to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
How calendar sync works
Calendar sync is off by default. When you turn it on, Orbit gives you a private link to a read-only feed of your open tasks with a due date: tasks with a time appear at that time, the rest as all-day events. You can regenerate the link at any time.
Frequently asked questions

Orbit can publish your open tasks to Google, Apple or Outlook calendar through a subscription link. The sync is one-way: your tasks show up in your calendar app, and you edit them in Orbit.
